Park at the day use area. Gusty until you're out past the dunes blocking wind. Stay in the north of the 2 bays (the south one has +++++ weeds). Shallow, you'll be walking out a long way at low tide so stick to high tide if you can. Works in any wind direction that isn't offshore (++ gusty and not safe if you get in trouble!)
